Return Policy
At WSBYTLP, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
In the original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons).
Any item that is damaged due to misuse, wear, or alteration after delivery.
3. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at help@wsbytlp.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed and where to send your package.
Please do not send the product back to us without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To make an exchange, please process a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us immediately at help@wsbytlp.com with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
8. Sale Items
Sale items and promotional purchases may be refunded, but will only be refunded for their sale purchase price.
